Dr Sara Hannoodi grew up in London, England, where she attended school and found a passion for science and projects focusing on artistic hands skills. Having always loved working with people, she naturally found dentistry to be the perfect fit! After graduating with a Master’s degree in Dental Medicine in 2012, she took a position in Oxford where she practiced general and cosmetic dentistry.
After a few years, Dr Hannoodi decided to expand her skills and joy of travel by making a leap to the US and completing a second dental degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. This proved to be an invaluable experience that not only furthered her dental skill set, but also her
connections to an international and multicultural dental community.
Following this, Dr Hannoodi made the move to Michigan to be closer to family and friends, and currently lives in Bloomfield Hills with her husband and son.
Throughout her career, Dr Hannoodi placed emphasis on providing quality patient-focused care where needs and concerns are addressed with the patient as a whole.
In addition to general dentistry, she has a special interest and skill set in cosmetic dentistry. She has treated many orthodontic cases with Invisalign to fix bite and crowding issues, as well as full mouth cases where veneers and/or crowns are needed to restore broken teeth and give a beautiful smile. There is nothing more satisfying to her than restoring a patient’s health and confidence!
When Dr Hannoodi isn’t engrossed in working on one of her smile cases, she is spending time with her husband and son. She loves travel adventures with her family, reading and painting.
